Having food with alcohol is better than drinking alone...
A bit of alcohol are good for your heart.But make sure to pair your drinks with food.( Dusun say panambul )
Drinking without food may increase your blood pressure.
The type of blood doesnt seem to be matter and furthermore all kind of beverages are having a same
effect.Beer,spirit,wine ,tapai , linutau ,montoku have the same effect.
So drink wisely and ensure there is food taken.
Thank God I have decrease my alcohol intake for a the pass year...
